If you know the performer you want, you can immediately see their performing routes and availability (performers that are PowerGig members). If you aren't sure, you can send inquiries to performers that meet your criteria.
- Send gig information. Through either an inquiry or a booking request, you provide details about the gig. If you are serious about booking a particular performer, you have the option of putting your gig details into their standard gig contract, or use your own! Bye bye, fax machine!
- The performer or representative will respond and possibly modify the gig details to meet their requirements. You also have the option to respond and counter.
- If you both agree, the gig is automatically added to the performer's calendar.
- If it is a public gig, you have the choice to PowerPromote™ the gig for free. PowerPromote™ automatically submits the gig details to other event listing sites, doing the work for you.
To book a venue: - Select the venue. If you know the venue you want, you can immediately see their gigs and availability (note: only gigs that are listed on PowerGig).
- Venue contact information is listed on the site. If the venue has provided their email info to the site or the venue manager is a PowerGig member, they will be notified and can respond and modify or accept the gig.
